Types of metal wound gaskets:
(A) basic metal winding pads,

The metal winding gasket (basic type) is made of high-quality SUS304, SUS316 ("V" or "W" shape) metal belts and other alloy materials and graphite, asbestos, polytetrafluoroethylene, asbestos-free soft materials overlapping each other The metal strip is fixed at the beginning and end by spot welding.
Metal strip material
A. Use 08F, 0Cr13, 0Cr18Ni19Ti, 0Cr18Ni9Ti, 00Cr18Ni10, 0Cr18Ni12Mo2Ti, 00Cr17Ni14Mo2, 201,304,316 and other cold-rolled steel strips with a thickness of 0.15mm ~ 0.25mm, or it can be determined through consultation between the supply and demand sides.
B. The metal strip is a pre-formed V-shaped or W-shaped narrow strip. The surface should be smooth. Clean and free from defects such as roughness, cracks, scratches, pits and rust spots.
C. The hardness value of stainless steel HV≤200
D. The width of general steel strip is 3.2mm, 4.5mm, 8mm, W-shaped steel strip can be thicker.
E. Stainless steel strip shape: "V" "W" "SUS" "U".
Stainless steel strip material: A3,304,304L, 316,316L, Monel, titanium Ta.
2. Non-metallic belt material
A Non-metal filled with special asbestos tape, flexible graphite tape, PTFE tape, non-asbestos fiber tape,
Ceramic fiber and mica tape. The thickness of the belt is 0.3-1.0 mm.
B. Loss on ignition of special asbestos must be ≤25%
C. Chloride ion content of non-metallic belt ≤100PPM
D. Recommended temperature and pressure for various media and various non-metallic belts
E. The width of general steel belt is 3.2mm, 4.5mm, 8mm
F. Adaptation temperature: -196 ℃ — + 870 ℃ (flexible graphite)
≤ + 250 ℃ (polytetrafluoroethylene)
≤ + 500 ℃ (special asbestos)
3.Inner and outer ring materials
Commonly used are 304SS, 316LSS, 321SS, 347SS, carbon steel, titanium, copper.
1. Operating temperature: -196 ℃ -650 ℃ 1
(Not higher than 450 ℃ in oxidation medium)
2.Use pressure ≤ 26MPa 2,
3. Gasket thickness: 2.5-4.5mm 3,
